Conagra Brands - Indianapolis, home of Reddi Whip and Blue Bonnet, is looking to add to our team to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country. You will work onsite at the Indianapolis, IN manufacturing plant on West 62nd St. and report to the Continuous Improvement Manager. You will lead our team members through the digital transformation journey by developing strategies and engagement. You will be the subject matter expert of all platform capability, provide solutions to the business to ensure application success and use resources to provide daily direction and solutions for digital tools, and ways of working.

You Will:

• Lead team members in identifying our plant's process improvement opportunities and solutions.

• Support continuous improvement goals in safety, quality, cost and customer service.

• Ensure plant participation and signoff of architecting, designing, and benchmarking solutions for business opportunities involving the connected shop floor platform.

• Use training applications to establish sustainable use of technology for communication and business use.

• Lead Digital Plant super user network(s).

• Ensure plants participation in COE/Super User Network meetings and deliverables.

• Collaborate with production support on network access, application development and continuous improvement of plant digital applications.

• Ensure adoption of existing digital analytic tools and explore new analytics opportunities.

• Prepare performance monitoring tools and programming applications.

• Connect and implement daily business tasks to automated solutions.

You Have:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant 2 years' experience in related industry.

• SAP experience and working knowledge of manufacturing processes and loss.
